Who are we looking for?

The incumbent will perform receiving in, in-process and outgoing inspection for manufactured products.

What will you be doing?

• Perform receiving, in-process and outgoing inspection
• Assist Laboratory supervisor on analyzing customer returns/customer complaints
• Generate COA
• Authorize to sign on COA
• Record test result and input to SPC
• Review SPC trend and highlight any trend abnormality
• Issue Production Batch Ticket to production
• Calibration and Maintenance of Laboratory equipment
• Measurement System Analysis
• Liaise with vendor on Maintenance, Calibration, Troubleshooting of Lab equipment
• Ensure good housekeeping of the laboratory at all times
• Any other tasks as and when assigned.
• Able to perform overtime when required.

Who are You?

Diploma/Bachelor's degree (B.S.), in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related science disciplines, from four-year college or university.

Experience in chemical analysis and experience in operating laboratory instruments.

What competencies will you need?

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Meticulous and analytical mindset.
• Good team player and possess excellent communication skills.
• Initiative, organized and independent person.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Results oriented.
