Qualifications

• Min Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in QA/QC or Engineering/Building related studies.
• Min 3 years of working experience in the construction industry preferred.
• Excellent ability in construction quality assurance and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Inspection check on all the construction works such as architectural and structural works according to BCA's Good Industry Practice.
• Prepare QA/QC documents and QM submissions.
• Supervise the works performed by workers and rectify the defects.
• Attend site meetings and off-site inspections.
• Obtain approval of MOS from clients and consultants.
• Implement quality control as per site specific criteria.
