Job description

Familiar with Aluminium Extrusions Material/Products
Cary out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensures activity at the site are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan.
Able to prepare the Monthly Report, ITP, Material Approval, Quality Test Records, Request for Inspections and other documents concerning quality control.
Able to assist the Project Manager during internal audit, external Quality Audit and audit to subcontractors.
Knowledgeable in different quality controls on ground improvement works, ERSS, road works, concreting, and other civil works.
Able to liaise with client when required to carry out inspection and obtain approval as per ITP for relevant activity.
Able to handle quality issues that may arise in different trades and able to provide solutions acceptable to the client.
Support Quality lead in managing daily QA/QC activity to ensure quality of products shipped out.
Support process validation qualification activity and production part approval process documentation.
