Job description

• Conduct internal audits and supplier audits, ensuring corrective actions are in place and compliant with standards
• Support the preparation of QA/QC plans, formulate QC checklists, inspections, and procedures
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to analyze test reports, investigate root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions for non-conformance or procedural failures
• Address potential quality issues, coordinate follow-up actions, and work closely with relevant teams to drive continuous improvement
• Maintain certification-related documentation and assist in the compilation of monthly reports
• Assist in establishing and maintaining QA/QC procedures, work instructions, and compliance documentation.
• Provide support for HSE-related activities, including hazard identification, incident reporting, and risk assessments within the QA/QC framework
• Perform other assigned tasks and projects as required
• Knowledge of metal-related industrial standards is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in 8D, 5 Whys, FMEA, and SPC methodologies

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in QA/QC roles within the construction industry
• Familiar with local regulations pertaining to Builder’s Licence, Work Head Registration or other related requirements.
• Ability to analyze and synthesize complex issues quickly and propose counter measures to settle the issues.
• Good knowledge of documentation procedures
• Good verbal and written communication skills
