Job summary

A leading Oil & Gas company in Singapore is looking for a Quality Assurance professional with a diploma or bachelor's degree in science or engineering. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience, including proficiency in ISO 9001:2015 and relevant certifications. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Oil & Gas or Renewable Energy.
• Proficiency in ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
• CSWIP 3.1 certification or higher is a must.
• NDT Level II certification or higher is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare QA & QC documentation for wind farm structures.
• Conduct site inspections at various construction stages.
• Assist Project Manager in quality documentation.
• Compile Project Final Dossier as per owner's requirements.
• Conduct audits onboard and at construction sites.

• Prepare project QA & QC related documentation for wind farm related structure/submarine cable transportation and installation/ testing/commissioning.
• Perform internal and external coordination to meet project quality requirement as per project quality plan.
• Implement and monitor project quality related compliance.
• Conduct fabrication site inspection as required at designated fabrication site, at various construction stages.
• Assist Project Manager in preparing project quality related documents to fulfil owner’s requirement.
• Assist in procurement of quality related items for operation.
• Able to liaise with engineer for efficient workflow and contributing to better idea to improve work method.
• Able to liaise with engineer for efficient workflow and contribute better idea to improve work method.
• Respond to incoming requests for information, requests for proposals in a professional and creative manner.
• To attend FAT, SAT, etc at manufacturers/construction sites.
• Able to perform compilation of Project Final Dossier in accordance to owner’s requirements.
• Able to conduct audit onboard, shipyards and at construction sites.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in science or engineering or equivalent
• Min 5 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas, Renewal Energy industry
• Proficiency in ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
• CSWIP 3.1 certification or higher
• NDT Level II certification or higher
