Job Brief
- Developing, implementing and reviewing quality standards and procedures - creating guidelines and protocols for various aspects of the project.
- Auditing and monitoring processes - regularly assess whether processes adhere to established standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Training and documentation - Ensuring that all personnel are adequately trained on quality procedures and maintaining comprehensive documentation of processes and procedures.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams - Working with other stakeholders such as project engineering teams and clients to address quality concerns and implement improvements.
- Conducting inspections and testing - perform thorough inspections of products and installation works in accordance with QC plans and to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Analyzing data and identifying trends - analyzing inspection data to identify patterns and trends in defects, and report findings.
- Implementing corrective actions - taking steps to address identified defects and prevent them from recurring.
- Maintaining records and documentation - keeping accurate records of inspections, test results, and corrective actions.
Requirement
· Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical/ Chemical or its equivalent);
· Minimum 1-2 years of experience in mechanical related project preferred
