Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic QA Testing Lead to establish and lead the core QA function across multiple programs and business units. The role involves defining QA standards, governance, reusable assets, and driving innovation in manual, automated, and AI-enabled testing practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Core Team Leadership: Define and implement QA strategy, governance, and standards. Establish frameworks for test case design, automation, performance testing, and defect tracking. Build reusable components, templates, and checklists.

• Governance and Best Practices: Enforce QA policies, processes, and KPIs. Standardize QA tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, TestRail). Drive test maturity and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Technology & Automation Oversight: Guide tool selection and automation strategies, including low-code/codeless tools (e.g., ACCELQ, testSigma). Enable CI/CD integration, test data management, and promote AI/ML adoption for testing.

• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work with delivery, DevOps, and product teams. Act as SPOC for enterprise QA initiatives. Provide dashboards and updates to leadership.

• Delivery, Training & Talent Development: Oversee project delivery, mentor QA engineers, and lead training and certification programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• 10+ years in software testing, with 4+ years in QA leadership or CoE roles
• Hands-on knowledge of automation, performance testing, and QA frameworks
• Familiarity with tools such as:

• Automation: ACCELQ, Selenium, Test Sigma, UiPath Test Suite
• API Testing: Postman, RestAssured
• Test Management: JIRA, TestRail, ALM
• CI/CD: Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps

Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, and Shift-Left principles

Experience with test metrics and reporting dashboards
