Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the development team to provide constructive feedback and highlight potential issues and risks.
- Work with QA team to ensure the content is released with minimum issues.
- Highlight requirements for tools or improvements for more effective testing to the Lead QA.
- Identify bugs and create detailed bug reports in the bug tracking software.
- Verify fixes for reported bugs to ensure that product is implemented as intended.
- Perform regression testing to ensure that overall product quality is maintained.
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in game QA testing.
- Minimum Diploma in any field relevant to Game Development. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with effective execution of test plans.
- Experience with detailed reporting of bugs.
- Possess a keen eye for details and a wild imagination of possible ways to break the product.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills and promote a conducive environment for collaboration and team play.
Bonus
- Experience working with game engines such as Unity.
- Experience with bug tracking and task management software such as JIRA.
