Key Responsibiities

• Perform test activities such as running tests, analysis and basic troubleshooting.
• Perform verification, functional testing, regression testing, defect verification, and smoke testing.
• Support product managers and engineers to investigate and find the root cause of a bug or issue.
• Prepare documentation and create daily testing reports for analysis.
• Track status of issues and activities and ensure timely follow up.
• Work closely with engineering and software engineering teams.

Required Skills and Experience

• Great attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• An ability to follow written instructions and work independently while being part of a team.
• Self-motivated.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Possess basic IT skills such as accessing PC BIOS, navigate the file explorer and basic CMD knowledge.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.

Qualifications / Education

• A minimum of a tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or any related disciplines.
