Anradus Pte. Ltd. is seeking a QA Technician/Supervisor at our Tuas site to oversee QA activities in a chemical manufacturing environment.

The role includes reviewing test results, updating SPC charts, and training QA Technicians to ensure compliance with established workflows. You will coordinate with multiple departments, participate in risk assessments, and support customer enquiries and audits while maintaining strict documentation and COA preparation.

Qualificações

• Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related Science.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in chemical manufacturing.
• Good understanding of quality control practices with ability to perform statistical analysis.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards would be an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Review and validate test results, SPC chart updates, and COA documents prepared by QA Technicians.
• Provide hands-on training and guidance to QA Technicians.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve day-to-day operations.
• Participate in Risk Assessment and FMEA within QA.
• Support QA Engineer in handling customer enquiries and investigating complaints.
• Prepare COA for finished products and follow established procedures.
• Perform incoming and outgoing inspections/checks per procedures.
• Maintain ISO-related and departmental QA documentation.
• Record and update testing results, including SPC charts and monitoring of incoming materials.
• Support QA-related activities including external provider management and audits.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate test results, SPC chart updates, and COA documents prepared by QA Technicians.

• Provide hands-on, on-the-job training and guidance to QA Technicians.

• Work closely with representatives from other departments to coordinate and resolve day-to-day operational matters.

• Participate in Risk Assessment and FMEA activities within the QA function.

• Support the QA Engineer in handling customer enquiries and investigating customer complaints.

• Prepare Certificates of Analysis (COA) for finished products and carry out related activities in accordance with established procedures and workflows.

• Perform incoming and outgoing inspections/checks according to the relevant procedures.

• Manage and maintain ISO-related and departmental documentation within the QA function.

• Accurately record, process, and maintain testing results, including updating Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts and monitoring incoming materials.

• Support QA-related activities, including external provider management and internal/external audits.

Requirements

• Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related Science discipline.

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably within the chemical manufacturing industry.

• Good understanding of quality control practices, with the ability to perform statistical analysis.

• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards would be an added advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
