Location: Jurong East (10-15mins walk from JE Mrt)
Salary: From $2,000/month (depending on experience & relevant qualifications)
Transport Allowance (Motorbike): Up to $325/month

About the Role

My client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Service QA Technician to join their team. You will support the QA team in maintaining equipment standards, performing technical inspections, and ensuring service quality for our maintenance contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Manager/Senior Engineer in resolving technical matters and supporting daily operations
  • Conduct inspections for both new and existing equipment under maintenance contracts
  • Investigate and respond to safety or performance breakdowns
  • Propose and implement performance improvement measures
  • Handle calibration of equipment and maintain proper records
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned by supervisors

Requirements
  • Minimum Nitec in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
