Job summary

HKM HR Management Pte. Ltd. is seeking a QA Technician/QA Assistant in Singapore to support a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment. You will execute incoming, in-process, and outgoing quality checks and report findings to Team Leads to enable informed decisions.

You will mentor new hires, assist in creating inspection checklists, and prepare defect/location reports to ensure adherence to quality standards. Hands-on inspection and drawing interpretation are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Manufacturing with related hands-on experience.
• Experience in inspection techniques and documentation for QA processes.
• Ability to mentor new hires and guide inspection procedures.

Responsibilities

• Execute Incoming Quality Check, In-Process, and Outgoing Quality Check tasks.
• Report inspection findings to Team Leads and Management.
• Support final verification before job approval and receipt.
• Mentor new hires to enhance team competency.
• Create checklists for FA projects and sustaining projects.
• Prepare DMRS and CARs to address quality issues.
• Communicate Quality Alerts to prevent defects recurrence.
• Perform FA dimensional checks and verify tolerances.
• Assist supplier site inspections and documentation.
