Job Description
- Perform routine in-process quality inspection
- Perform line audit to ensure that line follows as per the quality procedure and SOP is being followed
- Support production on quality specification requirements
- Responsible for engineering inspection and data compilation
- Responsible to feedback if any process or product deviation for continuous improvement
- Disseminate and update latest information for compliances
- Train and guide new member to attain work competencies
- Maintain and trouble shoot measuring equipment’s (Nikon, Condor and etcs.)
- Compilation of quality record, checklist and data entry (SPC) on timely basis
- Timely feedback and rectify if any discrepancy of operators, process or product discrepancies
- Non-conformity management – Ensure NC materials are identified and segregated from production
- Facilitate process or quality issue with root cause analysis (4M1E)
- Contribute ideas and work improvement
- Ensure good housekeeping
- Responsible for proper segregation of wastes
- Responsible for helping the organization to conserve energy and resources
- Comply with all Environmental, Health, Safety and Security policies and procedures of the Company
