Qualifications

• O Level with chemistry subject is mandatory.
• Knowledge of ISO13485 QMS and cGMP is required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming raw materials for compliance.
• Conduct periodic checks and analysis on work in progress.
• Assist in GMP audits and validation.

Job description

The company is a high-tech manufacturer of contact lens solutions, sterile pharmaceutical solutions, first-aid eye and wound irrigations as well as eye comfort drops.

Job Summary:
The incumbent works closely with the QC Manager on all aspects of Quality Control, in particular, on product reliability and compliance to all established product standards. Ensures that all aspects of quality within the organization is upheld.

Job Responsibilities:

• Inspects all incoming raw material for compliance according to current standards.

• Conducts periodic checks and analysis on all WIPs.

• Retains finished product samples from production to conduct checks and analysis.

• Prepare test solutions, compounds, or reagents for laboratory use.

• Assist QA on failure analyses, corrective and preventive action response to customer’s complaint.

• Work with various departments on maintenance of company quality manuals pertaining to operating procedures.

• Assist in GMP audits, validation, qualification and change control.

• Assist in maintaining Product Quality and Technical File.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates must have the education in O Level with chemistry subject.

• Knowledge & understanding of ISO13485 QMS, cGMP
