As a QC/QA Specialist at our international client, a US-headquartered e-commerce apparel company, you will be a crucial part of the Global Manufacturing team based in Gobichettipalayam, India. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the quality of garments at every stage of production, working closely with the factory and reporting to the QC Supervisor.Your key responsibilities will include inspecting garments throughout the production process to assess dimensions, performance, workmanship, and compliance. You will also be responsible for examining fabric rolls for imperfections and shade variations, verifying UPC and barcodes for scanning precision, and reporting quality issues to ensure timely rework and resolution. Additionally, you will review size sets and patterns before bulk production to prevent errors and drive quality improvement initiatives.To excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in the apparel manufacturing industry, possess strong multitasking and communication skills, and have a solid understanding of garment construction, fitting, and fabric types.
