Job summary

Wilhelm (SEA) PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a QA/QC Inspector to perform inspection and test activities across Wilhelm group facilities, using CMM and Faro Arm, and ensure conformance to test specs. You will submit quality reports and verify compliance with standards.

Minimum 2 years of QAQC experience, a diploma in engineering, and a NDT Level II certification are preferred; UT experience is an advantage, with familiarity in the oil & gas sector.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent is required.
• ASNT/PCN NDT Level II certification is required.
• UT experience is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of QAQC work experience.
• Ability to read drawings/blueprints.
• Experience in oil & gas industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned inspection and test activities across Wilhelm group facilities.
• Performs applicable incoming, in-process and final inspection as per quality plan
• Operate Coordinate Measuring Machine and Faro Arm equipment
• Verifying compliance with applicable test specifications, codes, standards and customer specification
• Prepare and submit required quality report(s), certification or documentation
• Ensure clear identification of product inspection status
