Job summary

QA/QC Executive (Food Industry, 12 hours Shift, Transport at JE, 3.5K)

Job Scope:

• 
  Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety standards, and SOPs during production operations.
• 
  Conduct in-house testing (sensory, swab, air quality) and coordinate with third-party labs for audits and hygiene checks.
• 
  Perform pre-production checks, in-line QC inspections (CCPs, raw material, packaging, stenciling), and report non-compliances.
• 
  Monitor pest control, collect product/raw material samples, and manage QC documentation and daily reporting.
• 
  Support audits (2nd/3rd party) and any ad-hoc QC duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• 
  Diploma in a relevant field with at least 2 years of QA/QC experience, preferably in dairy.
• 
  Good knowledge of GMP and food safety standards.
• 
  Good communication skills; able to work in a multi-national team and fast-paced environment.
• 
  Willing to work night shifts and weekends (off on Sat or Sun).
