Job scope:

• Conduct inspections on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products through sensory evaluation, physical assessments, and analytical testing to ensure they meet established specifications and standards.
• Perform routine equipment checks, calibrations, and basic maintenance to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results.
• Assist in the investigation and resolution of non-conformances, including customer complaints and internally or externally rejected items.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards within the QC laboratory to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Contribute to the implementation and enhancement of continuous improvement initiatives within QA/QC operations.
• Carry out ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned by supervisors.
