Job summary

KASZON PTE LTD is seeking a QAQC professional to perform daily checks, prepare monthly reports, and train subcontractors. You will manage quality documentation, evaluate suppliers, and report on performance metrics. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

The role requires an advanced diploma or diploma, architectural/structural exposure, and strong knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems, with at least 3 years' experience in QAQC.

Qualifications

• Advanced diploma or diploma in a related qualification.
• Architectural- or structural-trained work experience.
• Strong knowledge of quality control procedures, methodologies, and tools.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards.
• Experience with inspection techniques, measurement tools, and testing equipment.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Min 3 years’ experience

Responsibilities

• Conduct QAQC daily checks
• Prepare monthly QAQC report for submission to Corporate QAQC Department
• Conduct monthly QAQC training to sub-contractors
• Issue QAQC non-compliance notices to sub-contractors
• Attend monthly QAQC presentations and meetings at Corporate QAQC Department
• Prepare and maintain quality assurance documentation including quality plans, inspection reports, test protocols and related records
• Evaluate and qualify suppliers based on their quality systems, capabilities and performance
• Prepare and present regular reports on quality performance including key metrics, trends and areas of concern or improvement; communicate findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders
