We are looking for a QA/QC Engineer (Contract) to make an impact! In this role, you will be responsible for building and driving quality processes, execution, and teams for Data Centre projects in APAC. You will work closely with project sponsors and management to define objectives and create execution plans. Depending on system demands, the role may involve working on multiple projects or a single project in APAC.

What will you do?

• Ensure Quality-related activities comply with Corporate, Project, and Regulatory requirements.
• Implement BIM360 QA/QC dashboards to display KPI metrics and manage documentation through collaboration tools.
• Create high-level Project Plans/Guidelines to guide Quality activities.
• Share knowledge and lessons learned with local teams and ensure compliance with the program.
• Ensure qualified Quality team resources are available.
• Participate in Project Reviews during Engineering/Construction phases and ensure closure of issues.
• Authorize and train teams on Project SOPs, Plans, and Guidelines.
• Develop and manage an Audit Schedule focusing on key processes.
• Review and approve Quality Records, Engineering Drawings, and other documentation.
• Conduct training on Project SOPs and applications.
• Identify and manage risks and issues, implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain systematic documentation turnover for project quality documents.
• Manage daily activities of the Project walk-down teams.
• Prepare and execute system walk-downs, transfer punch items, and approve Construction Completion Certificates.
• Provide support on Quality issues and dispute resolutions.
• Handle other QA/QC matters as requested.
• Be a trusted advisor to our customer.

What qualifications will make you successful?

Practical experience is valued more than formal qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5 years of relevant experience in BMS, HVAC, or Industrial Controls/Automation.
• Strong knowledge of technical and operational environments.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels, proactive, with strong leadership qualities.
• Position based at the client’s site.
• Available for the full 1-year contract duration.
