An established company in Singapore is seeking a Quality Management System Assistant to maintain QMS documentation and support compliance with ISO standards. Job Descriptions:

• Assist in maintaining and updating all the Quality Management System (QMS) Documentation
• Support the maintenance and improvement of Quality Management System
• Assist in monitoring the progress or implementation and effectiveness of Quality Management System (QMS) for relevant standards such as:

a) ISO/IEC 17020: 2012 – Inspection Body

b) ISO/IEC 17025: 2017 – Laboratory

c) ISO/IEC 17065: 2012 – Product Certification

• Assist with training in quality awareness
• Assist in keeping track of relevant quality standards, and ensure compliance and preparedness for External Audit
• Assist QA/QC Manager with Internal and External Audit
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

Requirements:

• Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Geology or equivalent
• At least two (2) years’ working experience in a similar role.
• Well-versed in quality assurance, quality control and the application of relevant accreditation standards such as ISO/IEC 17020, ISO/IEC 17025, ISO/IEC 17065 standards etc
• Excellent writing skills
