Job summary

Nishimatsu Construction Co Ltd in Singapore is seeking a QA/QC professional with a Diploma or Bachelor in Civil Engineering or Construction Management to oversee site quality. You will ensure works comply with LTA specifications, approved drawings and method statements through inspections and robust documentation.

The role requires at least 3 years of QA/QC experience on civil projects, familiarity with codes and standards, and willingness to work at a west Singapore project site.

Qualifications

• Experience with QA/QC processes in civil construction.
• Ability to prepare, review and maintain quality documentation (QCPs, ITPs, NCRs).
• Familiarity with LTA specifications, approved drawings and method statements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit inspection requests, quality docs and method statements.
• Coordinate inspections with consultants, clients, suppliers, subcontractors and authorities.
• Conduct site inspections of works, materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with LTA specs and drawings.
• Prepare and maintain quality records and testing documentation.
• Attend site meetings and provide updates on quality performance and compliance.
