A construction and engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator. You will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet quality control standards and contract specifications, liaising with suppliers, conducting inspections, and preparing reports. • Plan, coordinate, and execute quality assurance and control.
• Ensure product execution aligns with contract specifications.
• Conduct QC inspections and maintain records.

Job description

• To plan, coordinate and execute quality assurance and quality control of project.
• To ensure all products are executed in accordance to contract specifications.
• To liaise and coordinates with suppliers / sub-contractors to ensure quality control.
• Facilitate in monitoring material status updates and traceability records while maintaining scheduled workload.
• To conduct QC inspection and record on all the incoming materials.
• To record all inspection results in the appropriate inspection records.
• To highlight to superiors all non-conformities found during inspections.
• Facilitate on off-site inspection/ sampling / testing and submission of materials
• Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment and aiming for zero accident
• Making sure sites meet legal guidelines, and health and safety requirements
• To prepare all the Quality-related reports.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
