A leading company is seeking a meticulous QA Manager (M&E) to oversee quality assurance for Mechanical and Electrical operations. The successful candidate will develop QA processes, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with industry standards, driving continuous quality improvements across sites.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and experienced QA Manager (M&E) to oversee quality assurance and compliance for Mechanical and Electrical operations across our sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and enforcing QA processes, conducting internal audits, ensuring regulatory compliance, and continuously driving quality improvements in service delivery.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage all certification and site audits conducted by clients or internal stakeholders, ensuring full compliance with standards and contractual obligations.
Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of the on-site Quality Assurance (QA) program.
Develop, implement, and maintain robust QA frameworks, policies, and procedures for all M&E services, ensuring alignment with regulatory or industry-specific guidelines.
Conduct regular internal quality audits and prepare sites for external assessments and certification audits.
Investigate service failures and non-conformities through root cause analysis and lead the implementation of effective corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure all preventive and corrective maintenance activities comply with quality, safety, and operational standards through routine inspections and assessments.
Collaborate with engineers, project teams, and site managers to integrate QA practices across all operational activities and projects.
Engage with clients and stakeholders to address quality-related feedback and uphold high service standards.
Assist in reviewing and updating related manuals, policies, and procedures; ensure implementation and adherence across the organization.
Support management reporting by gathering and analyzing data from audits, quality checks, and compliance reviews.
Maintain communication and alignment with internal and external stakeholders on all quality-related matters.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in M&E QA or related operations in facilities management, industrial plants, or healthcare sectors.
Certified internal auditor or experience leading ISO/SS audits is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements in the M&E/FM space.
Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools to monitor quality metrics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work across cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of identifying and resolving operational gaps.
