Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 13485).
- Lead and mentor the QA team, providing training and guidance.
- Oversee inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory standards.
- Conduct internal audits, manage non-conformance reports, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with suppliers, conduct audits, and ensure supplier quality.
- Prepare and present quality reports to senior management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, or related field (advanced degrees/certifications a plus).
- 5–7 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Control within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven leadership experience managing QA teams and improvement projects.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and other relevant quality standards.
- Quality certifications (CQE, CQM, Six Sigma, Lean, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) highly valued.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
