Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 13485).
• Lead and mentor the QA team, providing training and guidance.
• Oversee inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory standards.
• Conduct internal audits, manage non-conformance reports, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with suppliers, conduct audits, and ensure supplier quality.
• Prepare and present quality reports to senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, or related field (advanced degrees/certifications a plus).
• 5–7 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Control within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership experience managing QA teams and improvement projects.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and other relevant quality standards.
• Quality certifications (CQE, CQM, Six Sigma, Lean, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) highly valued.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
