A leading logistics company in Singapore seeks a Quality Assurance professional. The ideal candidate will develop and implement quality standards for logistics operations, conduct audits, and investigate quality issues to drive continuous improvement. Applicants should have relevant qualifications and experience in logistics or quality assurance, with a strong focus on detail and problem-solving.
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement QA procedures and standards for warehouse, transportation, and last-mile delivery activities.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of logistics processes, inventory handling, and packaging quality.
• Investigate quality issues such as mis-shipments, damages, delays, and non-conformances; lead root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
• Monitor compliance with internal SOPs, customer requirements, and relevant regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce error rates, improve packaging standards, and optimize logistics flows.
• Support the onboarding and training of operations teams on quality standards and procedures.
• Report quality metrics (e.g., damage rate, mis-pick rate, claim…)
Job Requirements:
· Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Quality Management, or related field.
· Min 2 – 5 years’ experience in logistics operations or quality assurance, preferably in a 3PL or warehouse environment.
· Experience with ISO 9001 or other quality systems.
· Knowledge -Six Sigma is a plus
· Familiarity with QA methodologies, audits, and root cause analysis (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone diagram).
· Proficient in MS Office and warehouse management systems (WMS).
· Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities.
