QA Lead Responsibilities
- Understanding business requirements.
- Creation and approval of Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Use Cases, User Stories, and API Test Cases.
- Focus on day-to-day testing activities with hands-on involvement.
- Leading a team of testers and ensuring the quality of their work.
- Identifying and documenting defects, process improvements, and automation opportunities.
- Maintaining and tracking QA metrics.
- Participating in project management meetings as required.
- Coordinating with other teams to ensure timely delivery of quality software products.
QA Lead Requirements & Skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience in software testing.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and testing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership abilities to motivate and guide a team of testers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Experience with test management tools like JIRA.
Additional Skills & Knowledge
- Proficiency in test case creation, execution, and defect tracking.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with automation frameworks, performance, and security testing tools.
- Knowledge of SQL, Agile, Waterfall methodologies, and tools like Git, Jenkins.
- Understanding of testing in telecom industry environments.
