QA Lead Responsibilities

• Understanding business requirements.
• Creation and approval of Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Use Cases, User Stories, and API Test Cases.
• Focus on day-to-day testing activities with hands-on involvement.
• Leading a team of testers and ensuring the quality of their work.
• Identifying and documenting defects, process improvements, and automation opportunities.
• Maintaining and tracking QA metrics.
• Participating in project management meetings as required.
• Coordinating with other teams to ensure timely delivery of quality software products.

QA Lead Requirements & Skills

• Minimum 4 years of experience in software testing.
