QA Inspector
Reports to: QA Engineer

Job Purpose:

• Follow procedures to manufacture products meeting specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor production output quality.
• Ensure products and processes meet organizational quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure product quality assurance and the company's products.
• Perform quality assurance work by sampling plan in two stages:
• In-coming Inspection
• Out-going Inspection
• Receive problems from department colleagues and take action to avoid production interruptions. Notify QA Engineer immediately if issues arise.
• Select sampling plans to perform visual inspections for part revision, rolling orientation, visual cosmetics, and confirm tests.
• Maintain product quality by referring to the sampling plan before delivery to customers.
• Prepare certification documents such as CoC and CoA for submission to QA Engineer for approval and delivery to customers.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of industry experience in products/processes, especially in quality.
• Proficient in computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Strong commitment to quality assurance standards.
