Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the quality and compliance of company products through established quality assurance procedures.
• Conduct quality checks at two critical stages: Incoming Inspection (materials/components) and Outgoing Inspection (finished goods).
• Address quality-related issues raised by internal departments promptly to prevent disruptions in the production process, and escalate to the QA Engineer when necessary.
• Perform visual inspections based on sampling plans, focusing on part revisions, orientation, cosmetic standards, and functional tests.
• Maintain product quality standards by adhering to approved sampling plans prior to customer delivery.
• Prepare and submit certification documents such as Certificates of Conformance (CoC) and Certificates of Analysis (CoA) for QA Engineer approval before dispatch.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requisite Criteria

• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance or related roles within industrial product and process environments.
• Communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
• Self-motivated team player capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Committed to upholding quality standards in line with company policies and procedures.
