A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a QA Executive to manage quality inspections and documentation. The ideal candidate will have a Nitec in Mechanical Engineering, at least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, and familiarity with ISO standards. Responsibilities include preparing inspection reports and supporting supplier quality management. This role offers a salary of up to $3,500 plus benefits.
QA Executive - Up to $3,500 + $100 Transport Allowance + VB

Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 9:00AM - 6:00PM
Job Duties:
Prepare and submit First Article Inspection (FAI) and general inspection reports to customers.
Maintain documentation control for FAI, inspection reports, Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and calibration systems.
Analyze and generate reports for non-conformance issues.
Support in the preparation of 8D reports to address customer complaints.
Assist in failure analysis of internal and external product defects.
Provide support and training to QC Inspectors.
Assist in the preparation of work instructions, procedures, and inspection requirements.
Provide quality feedback to suppliers and support supplier quality management efforts.
Prepare Certificates of Conformity, ROHS, REACH, and other compliance-related documentation.
Ensure quality goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.
Perform dimensional inspections using CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine).
Conduct internal process audits.
Prepare and conduct ISO 9001:2015 audits.
Maintain FA tools and ensure a clean, safe, and 5S-compliant working environment.
Proactively plan and execute tasks, anticipating potential issues.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Reporting Manager.
Requirements:
Min. Nitec in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Min. 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or mechanical industry.
Experience with FAI, NCR, 8D reports, and inspection documentation.
Ability to perform CMM inspections.
Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards and internal auditing.
Understanding of ROHS and REACH compliance requirements.
