Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in Jurong West is seeking a QA Executive cum QMR to oversee daily QA operations and ensure compliance with quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a diploma and 2-3 years of QA experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting, along with knowledge of ISO 9001. With working hours from 8:30am to 6:30pm, this is a permanent position offering up to $3300 plus performance bonus.

• Experience with internal audits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily QA department operations and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Develop and maintain quality control and assurance programs.
• Conduct site inspections and follow up on customer complaints.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily QA department operations and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Develop and maintain quality control and assurance programs.
• Conduct site inspections, investigate customer complaints, and follow up as needed.
• Propose initiatives to enhance quality culture.
• Document audits, collect and analyze quality data, and prepare reports.
• Plan and prioritize testing and QA tasks.
• Maintain and update ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
• Conduct internal audits and support external audits.
• Coordinate with external bodies on quality matters.
• Identify training needs and organize training sessions.
• Carry out other tasks as directed by supervisors.
