Job description

QA Executive - Up to $3,500 + $100 Transport Allowance + VB

• Location: Tuas View
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 9:00AM - 6:00PM

Job Duties:

• Prepare and submit First Article Inspection (FAI) and general inspection reports to customers.
• Maintain documentation control for FAI, inspection reports, Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and calibration systems.
• Analyze and generate reports for non-conformance issues.
• Support in the preparation of 8D reports to address customer complaints.
• Assist in failure analysis of internal and external product defects.
• Provide support and training to QC Inspectors.
• Assist in the preparation of work instructions, procedures, and inspection requirements.
• Provide quality feedback to suppliers and support supplier quality management efforts.
• Prepare Certificates of Conformity, ROHS, REACH, and other compliance-related documentation.
• Ensure quality goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.
• Perform dimensional inspections using CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine).
• Conduct internal process audits.
• Prepare and conduct ISO 9001:2015 audits.
• Maintain FA tools and ensure a clean, safe, and 5S-compliant working environment.
• Proactively plan and execute tasks, anticipating potential issues.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Reporting Manager.

Requirements:

• Min. Nitec in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Min. 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or mechanical industry.
• Experience with FAI, NCR, 8D reports, and inspection documentation.
• Ability to perform CMM inspections.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards and internal auditing.
• Understanding of ROHS and REACH compliance requirements.
