Job summary

Job description

Job Summary

The main core task for this role is leading company to certify in new standard, while also maintain existing IMS, which require oversee each process and department action to ensure it meets company IMS standards. Other side task such as oversee the quality control process of product line, conduct FA when receive complain and other quality related activities.

Main duties and responsibilities

1. Ensure that Quality management system and procedures compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 requirement.
2. Lead and involved in new standard qualification process (Such as: IATF 16949), included liaise with consultant, procedures setup, 3rd party audit handle.
3. Perform internal quality audits that address certification and contractual requirements
4. Conduct training for internal employees for new implementation or standard requirement. (such as: SPC, MSA, FMEA+, APQP, PPAP)
5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the Non-conformances (NC) and ensure CAPA is closed on a timely basis.
6. Perform Failure Analysis (FA) on product failures or customer complaint and work with engineering team to resolve issue.
7. Lead and perform Measurement System Analysis (MSA), such as: GR&R
8. Oversee all activities for incoming quality, in-process and outgoing control and inspection when require.
9. Implementing and maintaining Company\'s Integrated Management Systems, Manual and Procedures (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 & IATF 16949), ensure the compliance and effectiveness of the IMS System
10. Responsible for conformity to product requirements have the authority to stop shipment and stop production to correct quality problems
11. Analyses data to identify areas for improvement of production or product quality (SPC)

Competencies / Job Specifications

1. Knowledge of Integrated Management system (ISO 9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001)
2. Preferable experiences in IATF 16949
3. Certified Internal Auditor preferred
4. Knowledge in Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Statistical techniques.
5. Understand Manufacturing tools, such as: FMEA, control plan
6. Ability to work independently and proactively without supervision
7. Well organized and detail-orientated
8. Possess good oral and written communication skills
9. Proficiency in English and Mandarin (Require to liaising with internal and external mandarin speaking stakeholder)
10. Possess a resilient and "can-do" attitude

Minimum Qualification and Work Experience Required

1. Degree in Science/Engineering or equivalent
2. Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Quality position
3. Conversant with Microsoft word, Excel, and PowerPoint
4. Experienced in MRB system will be advantages
5. Accuracy and timely delivery of the job assigned
6. Proactive to matter arising
7. Accountability and Ownership
8. Ensure compliance of IMS systems

Working hour: 7:45am - 4:45pm (Monday - Friday)
