Job summary

Bulten Group in Singapore is seeking a QA Engineer to lead and support QA activities under the QA Manager, ensuring alignment with the company’s quality systems and customer expectations.

You will perform supplier quality audits, coordinate calibration of test equipment, analyze defects, and drive continuous improvement across processes while embracing learning opportunities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• Basic understanding of software testing concepts, QA tools and testing methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the QA Manager in QA functions.
• Assist in implementing certificated quality and management systems.
• Assist in managing customer audits as required.
• Perform supplier quality system audits when necessary.
• Prepare monthly QA performance reports.
• Interpret rejection criteria and evaluate rejected material.
• Manage supplier and customer quality issues.
• Maintain value-add processes and implement quality controls.
• Escalate safety, quality, regulatory or compliance issues.
• Coordinate calibration of inspection, measuring and test equipment.
• Assign Exim part numbers for new items.
• Other duties as assigned.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of software testing concepts (manual testing, test cases, defect reporting, SDLC) QA tools and testing methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
