QA Engineer (Quality Assurance)
Working hour : 8 to 5.45pm Mon to Fri
Working Salary : $2,500 to $3,500
Working Location: Woodlands

Noted:
Reporting to Quality Assurance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for QA documentation and data control.
• Conduct analysis and reporting of internal/external quality performance.
• Conduct analysis on quality problems found by customer, QC, production and drive for containment action and permanent actions.
• Identify and initiate actions to prevent nonconformity relating to internal process and product.
• Implement control on Reject area for nonconforming material/product.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure that they are resolved satisfactorily with necessary countermeasures to prevent recurrence.
• Assist QA Manager in coordinating Engineering Change/Production Part Approval Process.
• Supervise generation of QA Work Instruction/Procedure and Part Inspection Plan.
• Understand customer requirements, adapt and share to all respective departments.

Job Requirement:

• At least 1-3 years of QA experience
• Min. Diploma / Degree
• Able to perform overtime when necessary
