About the Role

As a full-time QA Engineer (Plastic) at Plast Plastics Pte Ltd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of the company's products.

What you’ll be doing
  1. Developing and implementing quality assurance processes and procedures for plastic production
  2. Conducting thorough inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to identify and resolve any quality issues
  3. Analyzing quality data and generating detailed reports to track production performance and identify areas for improvement
  4. Collaborating with the production team to troubleshoot problems and implement corrective actions
  5. Maintaining accurate documentation and records
  6. First Article and Validation
  7. Handle customer related quality matters
What we’re looking for
  1. Minimum Diploma in Engineering or a related field
  2. 3+ years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role within the Plastics industry
  3. Proven track record of developing and implementing effective quality management systems (ISO13485)
  4. Strong technical expertise in plastic materials, production processes, and testing methodologies
  5. Proficient in using measuring equipment (Smart Scope/ CMM)
