Job summary

TALENT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a QA Engineer in Woodlands, Singapore. The role offers a monthly salary of 3,500–4,000 SGD and works from 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.

No prior experience is required; training will be provided. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) is expected. You will support quality assurance activities across production and supplier audits as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production quality and ensure compliance with quality standards and requirements.
• Perform in-house quality inspections and process audits.
• Conduct root cause analysis and support corrective/preventive actions, including 8D.
• Handle non-conformances and support appropriate disposition decisions.
• Work closely with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to resolve quality issues.
• Conduct supplier audits in Johor when required.
