Job summary

GRANTECH PTE. LTD. is seeking a quality assurance professional to ensure conformance to customer specifications and internal standards. You will support production on quality issues, maintain QA records, and generate QA reports to monitor performance.

The role requires 2–3 years in electronics manufacturing, knowledge of SPC and FMEA, and the ability to travel overseas. Strong planning, coordination, and training skills are essential to drive continuous improvement and ISO-related activities.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Electronics or related field.
• 2–3 years experience in an Electronic Manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in SPC and FMEA, and MS Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

Job description

Primary Functions:

• To ensure product conformance to quality standards and customer’s specification


• To have continuous improvement in quality standards and procedures.


• To provide support to production on any quality issues.


• To maintain and update quality performance monitoring chart.


• To evaluate of customer MRB / RMA rejects


• To work with Project Team on evaluate processes, materials on new projects.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• To upkeep in house Quality standard.


• To upkeep all Quality records.


• To upkeep all Training records.


• To upkeep all machine calibration records.


• To generate and maintain the necessary QA reports.


• To endure effective implementation of action taken for all NCR / CAR issued to the relevant departments.


• To follow up on Vendor’s corrective action on parts/products rejects.


• To have on-site audit at Vendor’s location where required.


• To provide quality awareness training


• To be internal auditor for inhouse ISO standard.


• To maintain a high level of awareness in safety and discipline.


• To enhance 5S control over the production floor.


• To carry out work as instructed by immediate superior / managers from time to time

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Electronics.


• Minimum 2~3 years working experience in an Electronic Manufacturing environment.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Resourceful and able to work independently.


• Knowledge of SPC & FMEA tools.


• Computer literate with knowledge in words and excel.


• Good planning, organizing, controlling & communications skills.


• Committed and result-oriented.


• High integrity & team worker.


• Be able to travel overseas.


• Possess Class D driving license – and advantage.
