Job summary

ASE Global in Singapore seeks an entry-level Quality Assurance Analyst to analyze non-conforming products, perform inspections, and coordinate with the team to monitor project statuses and closures. You will communicate quality project updates to customers and prepare regular reports to meet deadlines.

The role requires a degree in electronics or engineering, proficiency with MS Office, and strong communication alongside a drive to learn manufacturing tools and analytics.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics or Engineering or related field with electronics/manufacturing experience (entry level welcome).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Team player with strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently with urgency.
• Knowledge of 8D, FMEA and SPC is an advantage.
• Motivation to learn new skills and systems used in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis and dispositions on non-conformance products in accordance with requirements.
• Perform inspection and verification (visually or using measuring tools) on product on hold due to quality issues.
• Work closely with supervisor & team to monitor project status and closures (team coordination).
• Communicate with customers status of quality projects assigned to his/her area of responsibility.
• Prepare regular reports and meet submission deadlines (weekly, monthly).
• Actively participate with internal team projects analysis.
