Job description

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer quality issues and drive continuous improvement activities for the company's products and processes.
• Coordinate with the process department on quality-related issues to ensure effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct activities such as process optimization and benchmarking using statistical tools and software.
• Manage external audits in accordance with TS and ISO requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in the semiconductor industry servicing customers with quality issues is a plus.
• Knowledge of statistical software such as DOE & JMP and QC tools (FMEA, SPC, and 8D report writing) is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a statistical inclination.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, action-oriented, and a team player focused on results.
• Familiarity with IATF16949 standards is a plus.
• Willing to travel overseas and work overtime when required, with short notice (approximately 2-3 times per month).
