Job summary

A leading company in manufacturing is seeking a Quality Assurance professional for a 1-year contract based in Boon Lay, Singapore. The role involves executing quality assurance activities, preparing test plans, and conducting inspections for military vehicles. Ideal candidates will have a diploma in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering and at least two years of industrial experience in the quality assurance field.

Qualifications

• Min. 2 years industrial experience in quality assurance field.
• Possess Class 3 driving license will be advantage.
• Knowledge of military vehicles or armament will be advantage.

Job description

• Contract : 1 year contract (renewable)

• Location: Boon Lay

• Salary : $2300-$3500

Job Descriptions:

• Plan, organise and execute the quality assurance activities at in-process and final QA process stages

• Prepare acceptance test plans and work instructions for the inspection and test of the first article and series MRO units

• Plan and execute acceptance tests for first article and series production units

• Identify special skills and special test equipment that are to be made available or acquire for acceptance of the products

• Identify and evaluate quality problems, relating to the product, process and quality system, to initiate, recommend or provide solutions

• Initiate actions to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity relating to the product, process and quality system

• Conduct failure investigation, monitor and ensure closure of corrective/preventive action

• To perform inspection of MRO units

Job Requirements:

• Nitec/Diploma in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering

• Possess Class 3 driving license will be advantage

• Min. 2 years industrial experience in quality assurance field

• Knowledge of military vehicles or armament will be advantage
