Job summary

AlwaysHired Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Quality Engineer to manage customer quality issues and lead continuous improvement across products and processes.

You will collaborate with the process team to implement corrective and preventive actions, perform process optimization and benchmarking with DOE/JMP, and ensure compliance with TS and ISO requirements. Travel locally/overseas is required. Salary ranges SGD 3,400–3,800 plus meal allowance and annual incentives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science or equivalent
• Knowledge of DOE & JMP and QC tools (FMEA, SPC, 8D) is a plus
• Willing to travel locally/overseas for business trips as required

Responsibilities

• Liaise with process department on quality-related issues to follow up on corrective/preventive actions.
• Conduct process optimization and benchmarking using statistical tools.
• Handle audits in line with TS & ISO requirements.

• UP$3400-$3800

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling customer quality issues and continuous improvement activities of the company products and processes.
• Liaise with process department on quality related issues to follow-up on effective corrective/preventive actions.
• Required to carry out activities such as process optimization, benchmarking, etc through various statistical tools and software.
• Handle external body audit in accordance to TS & ISO requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science or equivalent.
• Knowledge of statistical software such as DOE & JMP and QC tools (FMEA, SPC and 8D format report writing) will be an added advantage.
• Willing to travel locally/overseas for business trips as and when required.
