Job summary

Rozgoo in Singapore seeks an experienced QA leader to own the full software testing and release lifecycle, from requirement analysis and risk assessment to design, execution, defect tracking and release verification, with testing increasingly driven by AI.

You will maintain and evolve AI pipelines to improve defect detection and drive adoption of intelligent analysis and workflow automation across the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience with test automation and AI-assisted testing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the full software testing and release lifecycle including requirement analysis, risk assessment, test design and execution, defect tracking, and release verification.
• Maintain and evolve AI skill/agent pipelines to continuously improve defect detection while preventing escaped defects, and drive broader adoption of intelligent analysis and workflow automation across the team.
