Job description

Job Responsibilities

1. Support in inspection with CMM, i-Vision:
   • FA Inspection
   • First piece set up inspection
   • Routine inspection (incoming, in-process, outgoing)
2. Fixture inspection (New fixture) to ensure acceptable usage.
3. Support in CAPA/Root Cause Analysis for both internal and external quality issues:
   • Data collection
   • Data analysis
   • Root Cause identification
   • Solution establishment
4. Generate internal and supplier quality performance reports:
   • Monitoring of internal production quality issues
   • Monitoring of sub-contractor/supplier quality issues
   • Review, analyze, and evaluate data on these issues
5. Lead MRB review and disposition:
   • Review rejection cases, evaluate, and disposition rework, scrap, or UAI
6. Participate in supplier evaluation and qualification:
   • General supplier management
   • Supplier audits (new and existing)
7. Support in audits (internal and supplier):
   • Perform auditor role during internal audits
   • Audit major suppliers with high quality issues
8. Lead internal calibration management:
   • Track calibration due dates and initiate recalls
   • Maintain internal IMTE up to date
9. Support Documentation Control:
   • Inspection reports
   • Material Certificates
   • Treatment COC
   • Internal inspection records
   • Perform GDP
10. Oversee quality activities and action plans:
    • Arrange inspection priorities
    • Update inspection status
    • Liaise with cross-functional teams on quality issues
    • Problem solving through teamwork
11. Support QM to lead the Quality Department:
    • Perform as a lead of the Quality Department
    • Take over the HOD role in the absence of QM
12. Additional scope: Will be added as necessary based on current capabilities, knowledge, skills, and performance.
13. Standards and Certification:
    • Understand and execute AS9100, ISO14001 standards
    • Maintain the organization’s QMS
14. Other Requirements: Willingness to be outstation in Southeast Asia if required.
