Qualifications

• Master or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Programming & Systems Analysis/Science (Computer Studies) faculties.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Test Engineer, preferably in banking or financial services environment

Responsibilities

• Perform non‑regression testing on upcoming application releases to ensure quality and stability
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium‑based testing framework
• Collaborate with development and operations teams for efficient troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and track issues through resolution
• Contribute to the test automation chapter, sharing knowledge and best practices across the department
• Reduce non‑regression test lead times and increase test coverage through automation initiatives
• Monitor and execute scheduled test jobs (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Maintain and improve existing testing workflows, processes, and frameworks
• Prepare test reports and documentation for stakeholders
• May work in rotational shifts to support collaboration with Paris HQ and global operation
