Job summary

A leading food manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to oversee operations at their Central Kitchen. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in food safety and quality assurance, a degree in a relevant field, and is bilingual in English and Chinese. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements, developing safety policies, and conducting audits.

🔧 Responsibilities

  • Oversee quality and food safety operations at Central Kitchen and outlets
  • Ensure products comply with company standards and regulatory requirements (HACCP, SFA/NEA)
  • Develop, review, and enhance quality & safety policies, SOPs, and documentation
  • Conduct internal audits, inspections, and investigations on customer feedback or product issues
  • Ensure strict SOP compliance and QA protocols across all production points
  • Monitor, maintain, and improve quality control systems and procedures
  • Supervise, mentor, and support QA team members
  • Report directly to the Chief Quality Assurance Officer and assist with departmental initiatives
✅ Requirements
  • Degree in Food Science, Agricultural Science, Microbiology, or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in QA within F&B or food manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience in HACCP implementation & audits
  • Familiar with SFA/NEA health & safety regulations
  • Meticulous, analytical, and strong in problem‑solving
  • Bilingual in English & Chinese to liaise with Chinese‑speaking colleagues
  • Independent, organized, and a strong team player
