QA Assistant Manager [EAST | UP$3300] #URGENT - RRSY

Job Responsibilities:

• Help the QAD Manager ensure warehouse and support operations meet customer quality standards.

• Check and review internal processes to make sure they follow quality requirements.

• Work closely with customers and operations teams to prevent mistakes and follow quality rules.

• Lead a team of Quality and Process Engineers to support company and customer goals.

• Join meetings with customers to solve quality issues and improve processes.

• Support quality improvement work for ROC when needed.

• Share quality performance updates with management to help improve the system.

• Communicate with external parties about ISO and other certification matters (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9120, SS620).

• Spot quality problems, suggest solutions, and ensure they are properly fixed.

• Review and approve suppliers; update quality documents and manuals.

• May represent the company in quality system reviews and audits.

• Make sure inspection tools are working and that products are checked properly.

• Handle nonconforming products correctly and keep quality records up to date.

• Ensure all departments follow company quality standards and systems.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Quality or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance as Supervisor or Quality Engineer.

• Capability in Supervising, good communication and analytical skills.

• Knowledge in Quality Tools, trained in Management System standards (e.g., ISO9001, AS9120, SS620, ANSI ESD 20.20, etc.).

• Internal Auditor certified at least for ISO9001.
