• Perform QC inspector duties for routine inspections.
• Manage SAP transactions for Non-Conformance crates.
• Prepare and present QA validation reports on inspections.
• Carry out ad hoc tasks assigned by management.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate daily inspection reports from Kizeo completed by the QC team, ensuring compliance with documentation standards.
• Oversee the distribution and control of all company quality documentation, including updating Work Instructions when required.
• Revise departmental Work Instructions to align with changes in job flow or customer requirements.

Role Responsibilities

• Coordinate and liaise with internal teams including OPS packers, admin/logistics coordinators, and the QC team.
• Monitor and verify the accuracy of QC reports on a daily basis.
• Maintain and update records of quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirements as directed by executives or managers.
• Perform QC inspector duties to conduct routine inspections when necessary.
• Manage SAP Y7/Y8 transactions for Non-Conformance crates.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly QA validation reports on Kizeo inspections completed by the QC team.
• Carry out ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Executive or Manager.
