Requirements

We are looking for a Python Developer (ERPNext) that is excited about the below Mission and Outcomes.

Mission: As a Python Developer with expertise in ERPNext accounting and Frappe custom development, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and extending ERPNext and Frappe frameworks to meet the accounting and business process automation needs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand accounting requirements, design scalable solutions, and deliver high-quality software solutions that enhance operational efficiency and financial transparency.

Outcomes:

  • Design, develop, and customize ERPNext accounting modules and features using Python, Frappe Framework, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Develop custom Frappe applications, scripts, and integrations to override or extend ERPNext functionality and address specific business requirements
  • Collaborate with accounting experts to gather requirements, define accounting processes, and translate them into technical solutions
  • Implement and optimize financial workflows, including general ledger, accounts receivable/payable, invoicing, bank transaction, reconciliation and payments, within ERPNext and Frappe frameworks
  • Perform performance tuning, optimization, and scalability enhancements to meet the evolving needs of our clients
  • Ensure features implemented in ERPNext maintain a high level of quality and adoption through thorough testing, debugging and troubleshooting. All features must attain >30 eNPS through feedback cycles
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, best practices, and advancements in ERPNext, Frappe, Python, and related technologies

To do this, you will have a minimum of Minimum 4 years in Software Engineering role, you must have Python experience and at least 1 year experience in ERPNext. This is a remote role based out of Singapore, India or the Philippines.
