Job summary

Tech Aalto Pte ltd seeks a Python Developer and Data Engineer for a contract role in Singapore. You will contribute to building and maintaining software across diverse environments such as Java, .NET, Python, Dynamics CRM, SharePoint, Mobile, Cloud, and SSIS, while aligning with Waterfall or Agile delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in Python development and data engineering.
• Strong SQL, data modeling, and data analysis skills.
• Experience with ETL tools and data warehousing/analytics projects.

Responsibilities

• Participate in projects using Waterfall or Agile methodologies.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot software solutions.
• Apply automated testing including TDD/BDD.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across system resources and application stack traces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in projects using Waterfall or Agile methodologies, ensuring successful delivery.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot software solutions inJava,.NET,Python,Dynamics CRM,SharePoint,Mobile,Cloud, orSSISenvironments.
• Apply automated software testing methodologies including unit testing, integration testing, functional testing, Test Driven Development (TDD), and Behaviour Driven Development (BDD).
• Troubleshoot complex issues spanning system resources and application stack traces.
• Preferably have experience withDevOps deploymentanddata virtualization toolslikeDenodo.
• Implement big data engineering tasks usingPython,PySpark,Linux, orETL toolslikeInformatica.
• Demonstrate strong skills inSQL,data modeling, anddata analysis.
• Contribute todata warehouseandanalyticsprojects.
• Create and maintain packaging/build scripts usingDockeror other containerization tools.
• Experience in implementinghigh-availability, high-performance, and high-security systemshosted across data centers or in hybrid cloud environments will be advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Software development certifications such as Microsoft Certified Solution Developer for Dynamics or similar.
• Certified Software Testing Professional (CSTP) and/or Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA) would be an added advantage.
